Circus Science Show

Nick was an excellent presenter. He had great presence and captured the childrens attention really well. His voice was loud and clear at all times. He entertained with the circus skills but made the science learning explicit really well. The children really enjoyed it and learnt about forces in an enjoyable way. The show was well resourced and had a real wow factor. The star that made it really was Nick who was a wonderful performer who captivated the children.- susan wood, Teacher

Circus Science Show

One of the best science shows that we have booked for National Science Week. Pupils from reception all the way up to year 6 were engaged and enthused to do more science. We definitely will be using Shooting Stars again!- Stefan Marseglia, Teacher

Circus Science Show + Circus Workshops
Yr 6 Transition

Hi Steve,
I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know what a great time the kids at Graveney School had today doing their circus skills workshop with Russ.
Russ's science show was particularly engaging and all the staff and pupils seemed to really enjoy it. There was lots of laughter from start to finish. Our pupils were all transitioning from Year 6 to Year 7 and I felt that the workshop was pitched really well for their age-group.
Thanks again,
Adeline. - Adeline Aherne, Community Programme Co-Ordinator

Wow! What a great day! You and your tricks had a huge impact on both the children and the adults at New City School. We were all enthralled by your circus skills! You have broadened the children's experience of science massively by introducing them to the impact science has on real life and that science is happening around them all the time!! You were fantastic with the kids and although you worked with a variety of age groups throughout the day - all teachers said you were 'pitch perfect'! So thankyou for making such a positive contribution to the success of our science and technology week!
PS. Do you have an address - I have lots of cards and pictures from the children for you!
Thanks Russell

I was really impressed with the range of activities/ demonstrations that were available. I felt that they opened children up to science in a really exciting way.
Leanne was extremely professional and really captured the childrens imagination and attention. She was also very flexible to our needs. I would like to say a huge thank you to her for today - lots of the children have told me how much they enjoyed it!
Thank you!- Erika Vincent, Teacher
