East Sussex Youth Group Reviews

Scouts (East Sussex) -
County Cub 100 Camp

Hi all,

What an awesome camp Sussex100 was, and I've had nothing but good feedback about the activities we laid on. The Facebook page is also full of compliments.

The whole Theatrical zone was superb, as was the camp itself and had hundreds of busy, happy, excited Cubs passing through. You all did an exceptional job, thank you very much indeed. Without you, it would have been a very different camp indeed.

It was an absolute pleasure working with you all, and I hope we'll have the chance to work together again at some point in the future!

Thyere are hundreds of photos video’s comments and tweeys on the Sussex100 website if you would like to see firsdt hand the impact had on Cubs Leaders and parents alike.- Del Smith, Zone Leader

The guys who came to our event were enthusiastic throughout. They had drop in sessions often with big numbers and they kept everyone entertained and involved. We have had good feedback from the girls too who loved trying out the activities - Alison Edgar, Event Organiser Girlguiding Sussex East

Guiding Centenary Launch

Shooting Stars joined us for our Guiding Centenary Launch party as an exciting part of an 8 hour fun day. An excellent balance of activities was provided, which catered for Rainbows, Brownies and Guides, an age range of 5 to 14 years. We had nothing but positive feedback from everyone about the experience. The Guides particularly enjoyed the tightrope, but most of the girls found something among all the equipment that caught their imagination and all tried something they had never done before.- Carole Jacobs, District Commissioner, Rbridge District Guides
