Please could you pass on my thanks to Paul for a great weekend. We've had some really positive feedback from this year's participants and the good news is that they were mainly from years 3 and 4 - so a new crop to invite back over the next few years!\n \nOn that note, can I confirm our provisional booking for 2008? If you email the contract through to me I'll sign it off (have PTA approval to do so)..

The children who attended this year were mostly new to the course and were younger- Mostly years 3 and 4. They all seemed to enjoy themselves and many said that they would book again for next year (and bring along more friends)! Thanks Paul for a great weekend - See you next year!.

we hired shooting stars for the members of our special needs group. The instructor was very professional and friendly, the children and adults alike were very excited and everybody participated in the activities.,of which there were a vast range, from soft scarfs to juggle up to a unicycle and stilts. Every body had an excellent fun filled evening with much laughter and many achievements,we would strongly recommend shooting stars to every body and would definitely book again. .

Thank you very much for your contribution to a great party. What was so nice is that you were discreet and not loud entertainers which is exactly what we wanted as it didnt overexcite the kids just engaged them really nicely. We also really liked the way you interacted with the kids helping them to feel they were doing it for themselves rather than you were the experts and they were just incapable. Sometimes you did it for them but they didnt even notice..

We all had an extremely enjoyable afternoon, a huge thank you to you both.

The parents were really impressed at what the children had achieved in such a short time.

As Guiders we were also very impressed in how much certain children who sometimes have difficults had managed to achieve and shine. It makes it all very worth while to see such self confidence soar.

An exciting and challenging week. The children really felt a sense of achievement and satisfaction when they mastered the skills - something some of them find difficult to achieve during regular curriculum activities.\nThe children and staff, all enjoyed this week and learnt some great skills into the bargain. All follow up work was enjoyed and not seen as a chore - there's nothing like first hand expereience! Every child was keen to participate in all activities and all could find an activity they could 'shine' at. All children enjoyed the challenge of learning new skills and learnt perseverance to boot! The performance was great, well organised and 'professional'. The only criticism I could make would be that the lack of space in the hall meant some of the performances were a bit cramped - but there's not much Steve could do about that - bar knocking a hole in the wall!\nA fantastic, well organised week. Children progressed in specific skills ie juggling, diabolo, but also gained in other areas - self-esteem grew and confidence. We have made a big book all about our week and circus vehicles in DT, so links to the curriculum have been made. The children and staff were tired, but happy from a fulfilling and exciting week!\nThe children really enjoyed the week and we did some great follow up work on non-fiction books. They could all explain what to do for circus skills as had experienced the activities themselves, it put non-fiction into a real experience for them..

Paul perfectly judged the childrens involvement quickly interacting and encouraging the year 2 participans. Any deficiencies in the day were down to two things, the first being that we could only afford half a day and the second that as a year group of 43, Shooting starts could not accomodate all of us in one session, meaning that we had in effect a 1/4 of the experience other schools may have had. All this said, even our very short session was a great benefit to the children who got a great deal out of the day. I would highly recomend the group, but advise that you try for the whole day.

Thank you for your help Paul.

The instructor was funny and did lots of tricks for us as well as teaching us a few. He even balanced a chair on his nose! We also got to use all the equipment whaich was great fun.\nI really enjoyed circus skills, particually doing the balancing competition when I won a peacock feather. I learnt how to juggle and balance really well, the teacher was very enjoyable and funny 10/10.
