We thoroughly enjoyed the day. Leanne was fantastic, she really engaged the children and was absolutely briliant with them.
I would certainly recommend her, in fact, our Interim Headteacher, who is the Headteacher of another local school, is very interested in making a booking!

Wow! What a great day! You and your tricks had a huge impact on both the children and the adults at New City School. We were all enthralled by your circus skills! You have broadened the children's experience of science massively by introducing them to the impact science has on real life and that science is happening around them all the time!! You were fantastic with the kids and although you worked with a variety of age groups throughout the day - all teachers said you were 'pitch perfect'! So thank you for making such a positive contribution to the success of our science and technology week.
PS. Do you have an address - I have lots of cards and pictures from the children for you!
Thanks Laura

We booked Shooting Stars for a full day of circus skills training for 24 Cubs and Scouts plus leaders. Have to say the whole day was just excellent. Paul the instructor was brilliant both in his circus skills and his ability to teach us. We were a right mixture of ages and ability yet he made it great for all - even those who had a modicum of skill in Diablo or Juggling he showed us how to take it to the next level. Fantastic day and thoroughly recommend..

Our group of 50 brownies aged 7-10 year olds had a fantastic evening. They were able to try a variety of circus skills and tricks, which gave them all their brownie circus badge. They were kept entertained and focused by their instructor. They all found it amazing when shown tricks by the instructor and they were able to try them for themselves. They all said they would like to do it again in the future. .

Our school has pupils with a range of special educational need. During the workshops the instructor gave out instructions that were pitched so that pupils could understand.

All pupils had a really great time, and the staff involved enjoyed it too!

I would recommend "Shooting Stars Circus Skills" and would book them to come here again on another occasion if funding came available. Excellent fun!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the Family Circus Skills sessions we ran last week. Both sessions were pretty much fully booked and the trainer was fantastic.

Some quotes from parents:

"We loved the whole session from beginning to end!"

"We enjoyed all of it! The children were interested all the way through. I enjoyed being involved with the kids as they learnt new skills."

"The instructor was polite and patient and the children listened and learnt. Excellent session!"

Please pass on a massive thank you to Nick. He was very professional but the most striking thing was just how much he seemed to enjoy his job. I think it was this that captured the attention of the kids and parents and encouraged them to keep going even when they found things tricky.

The circus skills activity under the guidance of Paul was great. We have some wonderful photos of the girls enjoying their new found skills and will gladly send you some on a disc if you would like them. we have parent permission for photos, no names .
Every group did something different and every girl achieved a new skill. The last group was able to show their skills in the final presentation to everyone. Paul was amazing and appeared to be enjoying himself too. He commented that our girls were polite and thanked him which was good to hear. Will definately have another visit in the future, we go to Jay Millers circus every year so love the skills needed to be in the circus. Thank you for your support in arranging this activity for us.

Circus skills week is always an excellent end to the half term. The children and staff thoroughly enjoy the experience and the children are totally engaged and follow up the week by attending half term workshops. It is really evident the progress that the children are making and it is clear to the instructors who now know the school well how much progress the children have made. I have always been impressed with how skillfully the children who show promise are extended and encouraged throughout the week. Many thanks to both Jackie and Steve..
